Tuition Assistance & Enrollment Options

At Ms. Shelly's Place, we are committed to helping families access affordable, high-quality childcare and early learning opportunities. We proudly accept several tuition assistance programs to support eligible families.

Title 20 / PFCC

We accept Publicly Funded Child Care (PFCC), also known as Title 20. This program helps eligible families pay for childcare while they work, attend school, or participate in approved training programs.

Childcare Choice Voucher Program (CCVP)

We also accept the Childcare Choice Voucher Program (CCVP). This program helps families pay for childcare when their household income is too high to qualify for PFCC/Title 20 assistance.

Preschool Promise

Ms. Shelly's Place is a proud partner with Preschool Promise. This program helps eligible families receive tuition assistance for high-quality preschool services.

Ohio Preschool Program (OPP)

We are an Ohio Preschool Program (OPP) site. OPP is a state-funded preschool program for children ages 3 through 5 who are not yet eligible for kindergarten.

Program Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Breakfast and lunch are included each day, and transportation is available for families in the surrounding area.
